The ties between Los Angeles and its playground to the Northeast have just grown stronger.

L.A. Billionaire Neil Kadisha has just completed the new Sky Las Vegas complex. The projects are aimed at "people of all ages who are interested in an active, healthy lifestyle, and who enjoy having a wide array of recreational and other resources just steps from their front door," Neil Kadisha told Yahoo News.
